The service
AfterTourTips lets professionals and travellers create, publish and discover recommendation lists, QR codes, reviews and guest offers. The current beta service is provided without a guaranteed availability level and may evolve.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AfterTourTips a non-exclusive licence to host, display and technically adapt it solely to operate and promote the service. Only publish content and images you are entitled to share.
Acceptable use
Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory or infringing content; manipulate reviews; submit false discounts; scrape the service; attack its security; or use it to send spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.
Recommendations, offers and payments
Recommendations and reviews reflect their authors’ opinions, not a guarantee by AfterTourTips. Prices, opening hours, offers and venue information can change; verify important details with the venue. Tips and external payments are made directly through third-party providers and are not processed or guaranteed by AfterTourTips.
Liability
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of user content or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated breach, security risk, or legal necessity, with proportionate notice where possible.

These terms are governed by French law, without removing any mandatory consumer rights. Contact hello@aftertourtips.com before starting a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
